The Wire

The Wire is the general section of the site. Pieces arrive here through an automatic placement feed and appear in date order, newest first. They are not written or edited by the desk, so they are kept apart from the six reference sections and from the Rights explained sheets.

Reference material on the same themes lives in the sections above: mega-events, athletes, safe sport, governance, betting integrity, and press and civil society. Each of those pages names its sources and shows the date the desk last reviewed it.
