Pages on this site are static and are delivered as they are. The site runs no analytics scripts and shows no advertising.

Cookies set by the server

The server sets two cookies on every response. Both are marked Secure and HttpOnly, so scripts on the page cannot read them.

• mz_src: 30 days. Records the source that brought the visitor to the site, such as a referring page.
• mz_vid: 365 days. A random visit number used to tell one visit from another when visits to the site are counted.

These cookies are not used to build a profile of a person or to show advertising. Blocking them in your browser does not change what the site shows.

The notice on each page

The cookie notice above the footer has one button. Pressing it stores a single marker in your browser's local storage so that the notice does not return. The marker is never sent to the server and carries no identifier.

What the server sees

Like any web server, the host and the content-delivery network in front of it keep technical request logs (address, time, requested page) for security and operations.

Messages

If you write to [email protected], the address and message are used to reply and are not passed on.

Other sites

Links to other sites, including social networks, lead to services with their own rules. The desk does not control them.
